These Terms of Service govern your use of the Horoscopia mobile application and website, operated by WOOVARO GEORGIA, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Georgia on 24 December 2024 with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, Identification Number 406499016, registered office at Giorgi Mukhadze street N 6/5, apartment 44, Samgori district, Tbilisi, Georgia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Horoscopia website and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Horoscopia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Horoscopia you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Consultations with Astrologers

Horoscopia connects users with independent astrologers for chat, voice, and video consultations. Astrologers are independent providers; their opinions are their own. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any reading or advice, and consultations are provided for entertainment purposes as described above.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• The Service offers a free version and an optional premium subscription starting at $4.99/month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your app store account settings.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Prices and features may change; we will give notice of material changes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse astrologers or other users.
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to violate others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and design elements of the Service are owned by Horoscopia or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horoscopia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any astrological content or consultation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
